This book presents an enticing series of unusual and eye-catching quilts. The subtitle says it all - stunning designs from Italian mosaics! These fabulous quilts are foundation pieced, so what may appear to be complicated really isn't. Norah is a local author, and we've seen a large number of these quilts completed - every one of them has been outstanding! We even had students who had just completed our beginning class make one of these quilts for their first big project on their own (yes it is possible!). Highly recommended for those who are looking for something out of the ordinary! While the book does contain pullout patterns to trace, we recommend purchasing the already printed foundations to speed up the process. |
