Insurance on your order.
 
Your purchase is important to us. While we will package your order to withstand most problems, like water intrusion and package crushing, insurance is a prudent way to help us get your package safely to you. We would recommend that you purchase shipping insurance on your order. In this way we can either re-ship anything that might get damaged or lost in the shipping process or refund or credit the amount of your purchase. We can not be held responsible for shipping problems when you don't purchase shipping insurance.
 
Inspect your order upon receipt.
 
Please inspect your order upon receipt, as you must contact us, via email, within 3 days of receipt of the order if there is a problem.
 
Returned Authorization Number is required.
 
Any items must be returned to our address within 30 days of our sending to you, via an email, a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The return shipment must have our RMA number on the outside of the package.
 
Non-returnable items.
 
Books, Magazines and Patterns are NOT returnable.
All products from our SALE Categories are FINAL; NO Returns are accepted.
All Special Orders are NOT returnable. For Special Orders, we will send you an email with pictures of the items you requested, you then approve or reject the items before paying.
 
Incorrect or Defective items.
 
We stand by the high quality of our products and service. If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue to you a full refund, credit (shipping not included) or replacement upon our receiving and verification of the returned item. The items must be returned to our address within 30 days of our sending to you, via an email, a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The return shipment must have our RMA number on the outside of the package.
 
Changed your mind?

If you receive something and decide you don't want it after all, you may be able to return it. Please contact us via email and we'll see what we can do to help you out. We may accept the return and either refund or credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included). The items must be returned to our address within 30 days of our sending to you, via an email, a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The return shipment must have our RMA number on the outside of the package.

If it is a cut-to-order piece, we charge a restocking fee of 30%, because once it is cut, it is difficult to resell. On pre-packaged items, there may be no re-stocking fee, provided that the package is not opened and in excellent condition, such that it can be resold.

We go to great lengths to give an image and description that will accurately describe our products, so you will get exactly what you want!
