This one-of-a-kind Blooming Ninepatch Quilt Kit features "Tatsu", an exotic Asian-style print by Alexander Henry Fabrics. This eclectic print features dragons with abstract clouds and figures in colors of olive, chocolate, eggplant, rose, red-orange, light tangerine, tan and lavender. Our kit starts with a cream, beige amd tan foliage print in the center, with a tangerine and rust-orange batik overprinted in lavender coming next. Then a red-orange and rose batik with olive floral overprint, followed by a gorgeously deep mottled eggplant batik, then a hazy foliage batik in shades of reddish-browns, deep rose and lavender, and last comes our theme print. An extravagant and unusual color combination! Kit includes fabric for a six-fabric Modified Blooming Ninepatch quilt top, a fabric use key, and Kathy's modification instructions.

 

 

You'll need Blanche Young's Blooming Ninepatch quilt instructions from her book "Tradition with a Twist" to construct this quilt. The book is not included in this kit!
